Pete Newcomb

CEO

As CEO of US Dental Transitions, Pete is responsible for the overall success and direction of our company. He joined the company in 2003 after working in sales for Lanier, Siemens and AT&T, which allows him to have a broader business vision for US Dental Transitions. Pete has been involved with more than 600 successful transitions and has consulted with thousands of dentists. He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island where he earned a Bachelor of Psychology degree. He is also a graduate of the Institute of Business Appraisers and member of the Practice Valuation Study Group.

Milt Glasser

COO

Milt joined US Dental Transitions in 2017 after 25 years of sales and management experience with AT&T, Cisco and Citrix. His work with Fortune 100 companies brings stability to our rapidly growing company. Milt has overall responsibility for the national branding of US Dental Transitions and guiding the strategic direction. He earned his MBA and Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from Loyola University.

Bill Adams

DDS, FAGD, Founder

Dr. Bill Adams is the Founder of US Dental Transitions (formerly Southeast Transitions). He practiced general dentistry for 25 years after graduating from Emory in 1969. He founded our company in 1998 to help fellow dentists transition their practices to other dentists who share similar values and philosophies. Over the last 23 years, Dr. Adams has consulted with over 6,000 dentists and transitioned over 600 practices. He is Pankey/Dawson trained, a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), and a lifetime member in the Hinman Dental Society.

Corina Casella

VP, Marketing

Corina is responsible for financial analysis, marketing, and data analytics. She has worked in the dental industry for over 17 years and relies on her vast knowledge from working as a dental assistant, in the front office, and as a marketing coordinator in private practice and an educational institution. In addition, Corina has experience as a Professional Service Representative for Nobel Biocare. Corina is a graduate of North Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and continued her MS in Biology at Georgia State University.

Iza Bray

Office Manager

Iza has been with US Dental Transitions since 2006 and specializes in practice appraisals and practice sale agreements. Iza is the core business administrator for US Dental Transitions. She’s the primary interface between the banks, attorneys, Transition Advisors, and our sellers and buyers.

Cindy Lieberman

Office Administrator

Cindy is the first point of contact when you contact our office. She is responsible for collecting non-disclosures and connecting sellers and buyers to the appropriate Transition Advisor. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from University of Georgia.

James Moran

DDS – Transition Advisor, Florida & Ohio

As our Transition Advisor in both Florida and Ohio, Dr. James Moran brings over 30 years of experience in dentistry to our team. He oversaw the design, construction, and transition of his own practice and is a graduate of Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio.

Joseph McManus

DMD, MS, MHA, MBA, MS, FACD – Transition Consultant

Dr. Joseph McManus received his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He practiced pediatric dentistry for over 25 years and has served on the faculty of a leading Dental School in the Northeast. In addition to his clinical training, he has earned master degrees in management, business & health administration, and higher education. Dr. McManus has lectured at national dental meetings and at dental schools on the issue of practice transitions, and now serves as a consultant for US Dental Transitions.

Joshua Tuzman

DMD - Transition Consultant

Dr. Joshua Tuzman is a graduate of Cornell University and received his dental degree from Columbia University. Upon his graduation from dental school, he served as an officer in the U.S. Army Dental Corp where he received extensive specialty training in Prosthodontics and Endodontics. Dr. Tuzman served on both active duty as well as the Reserves for 11 years and entered private practice in 2004. In addition to running his own successful practice, Dr. Tuzman is also an Assistant Clinical Professor at a prestigious dental school in New York. 

Ted Burgin

Transition Advisor, Tennessee

Ted comes to USDT with over 20 years of sales experience in the dental field, including 10 years as the Implant Representative for Nobel Biocare in Tennessee. His industry knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction make him an asset to every client. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Matt W.

Transition Advisor, Pennsylvania

Matt has more than 20 years of experience within the dental industry as a Sales Consultant. He utilizes his deep background in surgical procedures, digital workflow, and business consulting to develop comprehensive transition plans for his clients. Matt is married and a father of two children.

Having a strong foundation in the dental field as a Sales Consultant, AJ brings with him years of experience in the industry. During this time, he’s shown commitment and impressive knowledge in serving the needs of dental professionals, and is committed to providing education, guidance and support to doctors during the transition process. 

Randal Barnett

Transition Advisor, Alabama

Randal has been involved in the dental industry for over 40 years, including working as a dental technician, owning a dental laboratory, and working at Healthco as an Account Manager. Before joining US Dental Transitions, Randal spent 17 years with Patterson Dental Company in Alabama as an Equipment Specialist. With Randal’s background, experience and knowledge, he’s dedicated to helping doctors transition their practice. He served in the United States Air Force as a dental technician and studied at Clayton State College.

Dick Lester

DDS – Transition Advisor, Gulf Coast

Dr. Dick Lester joined US Dental Transitions as a Transition Advisor serving clients along the Gulf Cost. He practiced dentistry for 42 years, worked as a Senior Vice President for a dental consulting company, and has also bought and sold practices on his own. Based on his experience, Dr. Lester understands the very personal nature of the transition process. He is a graduate of Emory University School of Dentistry and holds a Bachelor of Science from Mercer University.

Gretchen Estapa

Transition Advisor, Gulf Coast

Gretchen worked as a Vice President of Client Services and Practice Development for OrthoSynetics before joining US Dental Transitions in 2017. Her 20 years of business consulting and strategic planning experience provides the ability and confidence to guide dentists with selling or purchasing. Gretchen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Louisiana State University.
