Financial Analyst
Description
Overview:
Since 1998, US Dental Transitions has consulted with over 6,000 dentists and helped almost 1,000 transition their practice to other dentists who share similar values and philosophies. We are seeking a part-time (approximately 30 hours per week) Financial Analyst who understands dentistry to work in our Suwanee, GA office. We are flexible on the hours.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with advisors, clients and CPAs to gather appropriate financials
- Process confidential data to run cash flows and valuations
- Utilize QuickBooks to pull reports as needed
- Interpret and analyze dental practice reports
- Package opportunities to market and assist with drafting of ads
- Review and discuss Cash Flows and Valuations with clients
- Assist with the Quality of Earnings (QoE) process and due diligence items
Preferred Background:
- Understand financial documents such as tax returns and Profit & Loss statements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel Skills), Adobe, and DropBox
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
- Familiar with dental practice management reports / Dental industry knowledge a plus
- Ability to problem-solve and multi-task
- Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and follow-through skills
